First the pavers are thoroughly cleaned & treated, with the joints blasted out down to the base sand. After strong treatments of soap and acid, what's left is a skeleton structure of just the pavers and the base.

Next, any sunken pavers are re-levelled. The unlevel pavers are carefully lifted out and then the compromised base is dug out and cleaned. After stabilizing with new base rock and fresh sand, the pavers are re-installed.

After that, ASTM C-144 standard polymeric sand is installed into the paver joints with compaction & proper watering procedures. Once dried, the paver installation is re-stabilized to brand new,

Finally, the pavers are locked into place with multiple coats of a penetrating, water-based non-slip sealer, providing paver protection & enhancement for years to come. What's left is a colorful and stable paver installation.
