Paver Sealing

Paver sealer is a mixture containing additives which protect pavers from harmful UV rays. The most common type of sealer also enhances the color of pavers which have been dulled out from weathering over the years, but glossy and clear sealers are also installed. In addition to the UV protection and aesthetic enhancement, paver sealers also lock in the sand in the joints which prevents bugs from tearing it up. With polymeric sand in the joints, the sealer acts as an additional layer of protection which further helps prevent vegetation growth. With a wet-look color enhancing sealer on top of cleaned and sanded pavers, the end result is a locked-in and vibrant paver installation that's pleasing to the eyes and mind.
